The move from Charles Town, WV to Richmond, VA went well thanks to Marco and his crew. He was endlessly cheerful and resourceful. A young couple who bought our washer/dryer arrived the same time as Marco. They did not have a dolly or tools to extract the heavy washer/dryer and were unprepared to remove them. Marco stepped in and helped them out very quickly. That was a big plus in terms of customer service. Warm regards and thanks to all for a clean move.
