We just wanted to let you know what a great job you folks did. From the first shipment to storage; the second to storage and the final move from storage to Williamsburg everything was first rate!. The crew was friendly, professional and energetic for every phase.
I was sure they would be late for the final move with the traffic between here and DC area but you said they would be here between 10:30 and 11 and they drove down the street at 10:35. They went right to work and had everything unloaded in record time. They re-assembled everything as expected. I was very impressed with their re-assembly of our exercise tread mill that they had to take apart to get through the door in Vienna.
I was especially impressed with your crew leader…he is top notch! We appreciated having him on hand for each phase with most of the same crew. He also personally put the tread mill back in working order.
Please pass this to Dave. His estimate was right on and your organization and management made for a very smooth move. We’ve moved a lot…this was the best.
The price was right too.
